Meditation

I've always been curious about the mind and its ability to heal and regenerate. My parents introduced me to Meditation, Vedic philosophy, tradition, and the importance of the "mind-body" connection at the age of 9. Over the last 25+ years, I have practiced under many teachers and disciplines, including Zen+ Tibetan Buddhism, Mindfulness, Vipassana, Siddha Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, and spent a semester abroad with Maharishi University in India studying Vedic Science and Meditation. I teach Meditation in private and group sessions throughout my community.

I believe that anyone can receive the grounding benefits of Meditation, as It has helped me build a healthy, balanced life while providing clarity and stability through transitions. I understand that what might work for one person might not work for another—and so I provide people of all ages + backgrounds the tools and resources they need to integrate the appropriate practice into their routine, one that fits their unique lifestyle.
