Looking for a peaceful way to ground and start your day?

Please join me in collaboration with The Ohm center, for a 30-minute group meditation Tuesday + Thursday mornings at 10:30 am EDT I will guide you through relaxation techniques, including breath work and sitting meditation.  Consider this a time for you to "do you" as well as connect with other moms in the community.
